"The light gold-colored 2006 Chardonnay Cahill Lane exhibits a steely, stony nose intermixed with peach, pear, and brioche notes. It is medium to full-bodied, has terrific up-front fruit, decent acidity, and a plump, medium to full-bodied mouthfeel. This is the most concentrated of the first three Chardonnays, but seems to be on a faster evolutionary track than any of the 2005s.
